The hold matches our 90-day return guarantee. Commission is worked out on what we actually keep after refunds and replacements, so we'd rather pay late than claw it back off you later.
Questions
How is this different to other affiliate programs? +
Most programs pay you once. You make the introduction, the customer buys, you take a percentage, and everything that person spends afterwards goes to the brand. That model makes sense if people buy once. Ours don't – soap runs out, candles burn down, hand cream gets used. So you earn on every order that customer places, for as long as they keep buying. One video keeps paying long after people stop watching it.
Do you use any third party platforms like ShopMy or Shopify Collabs? +
No. We built our own so that we could properly track and reward you for a customer's entire lifetime of purchases. Our program attributes to the customer, not the click. Once someone is yours, they stay yours.
The trade-off is that you won't see us in a dashboard next to your other brands, and our payout arrives separately rather than bundled. But the advantage is that there's no middleman taking a cut of your commission, and you get paid on orders no other program would have credited you for.
How do I track my metrics? +
Once you're approved, you'll see an "Affiliate" section right in your Account portal. You'll see clicks, orders, conversion rate and average order value over any period, plus every commission you've earned.
Can I do both TikTok Shop and the Element Creator Program? +
Yes – many creators do!
When do I get paid out? +
We offer a 90-day return policy, so payments are made 90 days after the initial transaction is recorded to make sure that we don't pay commissions on refunded orders.
Can I participate if I'm not in the USA? +
We work with creators in the US, UK, and Australia.
